Felix Wong denies recommending Michael Miu to join HKTV

27 Aug – HKTV actor Felix Wong recently dismissed rumours that he has been influencing Michael Miu to leave TVB.

According to On CC website, it was rumoured that Michael Miu has been approached by HKTV's Ricky Wong to join the company. The report came after the actor suddenly withdrew from his upcoming TVB series, "Midas".

It was also alleged that it was Michael's good friend, Felix Wong, who recommended the actor to his boss.

However, Felix recently denied the allegation, saying, "I never did such thing. It depends on Michael. Ricky has met with many actors but it all comes back to the license issue."

He continued, "If HKTV gets the license, everything else will be much easier to handle. Everybody would be happy. If great actors could join HKTV, it would be amazing."

Felix, who is currently shooting "Flow Of The Years" with Ha Yu and Paw Hee-ching for HKTV, denies that he is worried about the license issue, saying, "Judging from Mr. Wong's expressions, it looks like there will be good news."

Meanwhile, Michael recently dismissed rumours of him joining HKTV, saying that he has no intentions to do so as he will be shooting a new TVB series in January or February next year.
