Igawa Haruka delivers second child
1 Aug – Japanese actress Igawa Haruka announced that she has delivered her second child on 25 July.
According to Tokyo Hive, the 36-year-old actress made the announcement on her official website, but did not disclose the gender of the child.
"With the end of the rainy season, I've safely given birth. While cherishing these satisfied feelings, I hope to take a new step forward," she wrote.
According to her agency, both mother and child were reported to be well, and Igawa plans to return to work next year, depending on her recovery from the delivery.
Igawa gave birth to her first child, a daughter, in June 2009 after she got married to Matsumoto in 2006.
