Jennifer Tse: Sean and I are better off as friends
19 Nov – Hong Kong star Jennifer Tse recently confirmed her breakup with boyfriend Sean Dai, saying that they are better off being friends.
As reported on Mingpao News, the actress, who attended a fashion brand event on 18 November, clarified that there was no third party involvement in their relationship and that it was a mutual decision.
"Of course I am not happy about breaking up, but I am confident that our friendship becomes much better this way," said Jennifer.
The actress stressed that Sean is a good man, but that a relationship takes more than just love for each other to continue.
However, Jennifer will continue to work with Sean after their breakup.
In regard to ex-boyfriend Andy On's relationship with Jessica C., Jennifer smiled and said that she is happy for him.
"I was initially worried that it would take him quite a while to find somebody new, since we had been together for six years before the breakup," said Jennifer, who wishes the couple well.
Sean Dai previously revealed their breakup through Instagram amidst rumours of his supposed affairs with other women, saying that the two of them will continue to work together and remain friends.
