Ji-young's glove sold at a high price

9 May – It was revealed that a single rubber glove belonging to KARA's Kang Ji-young was sold at an incredible price of JPY 264,000 (app. USD 3295) at an auction, according to Kpopfever website.

On 6 May, an image of a pink glove from a Japanese auction website was uploaded on an online community board with a self-explanatory title, "The rubber glove signed by Kang Ji-young."

It was revealed that the original pair of gloves was part of KARA concerts in Japan. During the performances, KARA members throw the gloves to fans as gifts.

The final bid settled at JPY 264,000, signifying KARA's fame in Japan.
