Kai Ko alleged to have skipped classes

23 Sep – Taiwanese actor Kai Ko, whose drug arrest last month has severely tainted his image as a role model, recently returned to life on campus.

However, the return is not without controversy, according to Tencent Entertainment, as the actor was accused of missing classes and not being serious in his studies.

Kai Ko, who had once halted his studies at the Chinese Culture University in Taipei temporarily due to his growing movie career, reportedly registered at the University of Science and Technology of China (STSP) to finish his studies.

However, reporters who stationed themselves on campus revealed that they have never seen him coming out of the building for the two weeks that they have been there.

Several students also alleged that the actor almost never attended classes this semester and had only been to one class so far, despite the fact that the final exams are just around the corner.

However, when asked to address the rumours, a representative of STSP said that the allegations made by the students and reporters stationed at the university are far from the truth.

The representative stressed that despite Kai Ko's celebrity status, the "Tiny Times" star has not been given any special privileges and has to adhere to the rules same as other students.
