The pop culture phenomenon that is "Kimye" appears to be going strong.
According to E! News, Kanye West is getting along famously with Kim Kardashian's large family, and it seems the reality TV brood is embracing the outspoken rapper.
"He's already acting like family," a source, who has reportedly "been around Kim and Kanye recently in NYC," told the network. "He fits in and gets along better with everyone than Kris [Humphries] ever did."
Already accustomed to the spotlight and constant flashbulbs of paparazzi, Kanye is reportedly content with letting his new ladylove shine.
"[Kanye is] totally cool with just laying low in the background," the source added. "He loves watching Kim in action doing her thing."
While Kim has yet to officially confirm her new romance with Kanye - though she was spotted wearing earrings bearing his initials this week - her sister Khloe was more than happy to dish about the couple during a recent appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
"Honestly, we've known Kanye forever -- he's been a great family friend," Khloe told Ellen in an interview earlier this month. "I love Kanye. I don't know what happens with Kim. I love Kanye. I think they're cute together, I've said that."
The 27-year-old beauty also said she thinks Kim and Kanye have a solid foundation for their budding relationship, as the pair has been friends for years.
"I think that they're good friends and they're compatible," Khloe told Ellen at the time. "I think friendship is where good relationships stem from."
