Kevin Cheng angered by dating rumours
28 Jun – Hong Kong heartthrob and actor Kevin Cheng has lashed back at those who started the rumours that he has been dating already taken Chinese actress Serena Hu, insisting that they are not true.
According to Jayne Stars, Cheng was angered by the netizens in Weibo who started spreading rumours that the 42-year-old diamond bachelor was dating Hu, and even uploaded photos of their dinner dates recently as evidence.
"If you want other people to respect you, please respect other people first! I feel that this is a basic human ethic!" Cheng wrote on his own Weibo, denying that he is dating Hu, who already has a boyfriend.
Cheng's outrage was supported by his fans, who did not mind whether he was dating Hu for real or not.
Cheng is currently shooting a drama series in Mainland China with his co-star Hu, who Hong Kong-based Apple Daily have reported to be very close to Cheng on and off the set.
