Lee Min Ho took the number one spot as the celebrity that women want to go on a blind date with.
D-Tae Dot Com, a social dating website, posted a survey titled, ‘Celebrity You Want to Go on a Blind Date with in May.’ After the female population finished voting, the number one spot was given to Lee Min Ho.
After debuting in 2006 with EBS drama, Secret Campus, Lee Min Ho heightened his popularity by acting in KBS2’s Boys Before Flowers, MBC’s Personal Taste, and SBS’ City Hunter. Also with the popularity earned from overseas through his work, Lee Min Ho has risen to a hallyu star status
Hearing about Lee Min Ho’s victory, netizens commented, “It’s not just May, but I want to go on a blind date with Lee Min Ho every month of every year,” “If I can get to see Lee Min Ho, I’ll even set him up with someone,” and “The results are obvious.”
Lee Min Ho is currently filming SBS’s upcoming drama, Faith, to be aired in August. He plays the role of General Choi Young and co-stars with Kim Hee Sun.
