Lin Chi-ling denies freezing her eggs
21 Apr – Taiwanese model-actress Lin Chi-ling recently dismissed rumours saying that she has undergone cryopreservation at the National Taiwan University Hospital.
Previously, it was reported that the model who is turning 40 this year, has been advised by her mother to undergo the egg freezing procedure since there is no sign of Lin getting married in the near future.
According to Sina, when asked about the rumours, the "Switch" actress stated that she has never done the procedure and doesn't know where the news originated from.
However, though Lin denied freezing her eggs, she will not rule out the possibility of doing so, saying, "I have a busy career and have not been paying too much attention to my personal life. But I like to have children of my own someday, so I won't rule out the procedure."
In regards to rumours saying that it was her worried mother who suggested cryopreservation to her, Lin replied, "I think the media is much more worried about me than my mother. She just wants good health for her children!"
