Lohan sued for hit-and-run

29 Jan – Troubled Hollywood star, Lindsay Lohan who is currently serving her two year court-ordered probation, is being sued by a nanny for a hit-and-run incident that occurred in September 2010.

The nanny claims that she was injured when she was knocked with a rented Maserati driven by the 26-year-old Hollywood starlet, while she was strolling along an intersection in West Hollywood.

The nanny now seeks medical expenses over her supposed injuries and lost time at work. In the lawsuit, it is stated that she suffered from 'disabling and serious injuries, pain, suffering and anguish'.

The lawsuit conditions that the "Mean Girl" star was behind the wheel of the vehicle on the afternoon of the accident. Lohan's spokesperson defended the star and her attorney saying that neither of them had been served with the case, hence no comments could be given.
