Louis Koo has four films for APFF
22 Oct – It seems that Louis Koo has a big chance to win Best Actor at the Asia Pacific Film Festival, as four out of the five movies that have been selected to represent Hong Kong at the festival have the actor as the main lead.
As reported on HK Top Ten News, the four movies, "Out of Inferno", "The White Storm", "Overheard 3" and "Aberdeen", will be featured at the event, aside from Pang Brothers' "As the Light Goes Out".
Aside from Louis, Sean Lau also stars in three out of the five movies, with all three of them co-starring the former, while Nick Cheung, who has won three Best Actor awards for his role in "Unbeatable", may also be a hot contender with his role in "The White Storm", which also stars Louis and Sean.
Meanwhile, Miriam Yeung and Gigi Leung from "Aberdeen" may have a chance to grab the Best Actress awards for their breakout role in Pang Ho Cheung's "Aberdeen".
The 57th Asia Pacific Film Festival will be taking place in Phattaya, Thailand from 15 to 17 December.
