No love at first sight for Mandy Wong
4 Sept - Despite having a busy schedule, TVB actress Mandy Wong has not forgotten about her love life but does not believe in falling in love at first sight.
According to Jayne Stars, the 30-year-old actress said that she has no trouble of getting to know men as friends, as evident from the little amounts of rumored relationships she had with male co-stars, that would allow her to know them better and focus on her work.
"A Sagittarius makes friends easily be it a man or woman. I enjoy making friends with men. They may find it comfortable to chat with me. When time passes by, we will lose the chemical sparks between a man and woman, and we will become more like buddies," she said.
She revealed that she only lets them know of her emotions and secrets once she gets to know them as a person, and would prefer to have a relationship that goes further from there.
"A couple does not need to start out dating first. We can begin as friends. When he gradually understands about the nature of my work, he can consider a long-term relationship. This is better than those instant sparks or love at first sight!" she said.
Mandy also added that she currently has not decided on the qualities of her ideal future husband, and does not mind having one outside the entertainment industry.
