Nothing's Carved In Stone to make major album debut

30 May – Japanese rock band Nothing's Carved In Stone is set to make their major album debut with the release of their album "Silver Sun".

According to Tokyo Hive, "Silver Sun" would be released on 15 August, although no other details on its track list or the album has been revealed. Before the album's release, the band would be releasing the single "Pride" on 18 July.

The band is planning to launch a tour after the release of their album, which will begin on 21 August till 6 October, performing in 19 solo live events.

Nothing's Carved In Stone was formed in 2009, as a solo project of Ellegarden guitarist Shinichi Ubukata after Ellegarden went on hiatus in 2008. The band released their debut album "Parallel Lives" in May 2009 under Growing Up Inc, before they transferred labels to EPIC Japan Records.
