Park Si-hoo Chinese fans donate to Orbis

19 Jul - It was reported that actor Park Si-hoo's Chinese fan club has donated a large amount of money to charity.

According to Koreaboo website the actor's agency reported that in celebration of their second anniversary, the fan club raised KRW 10 million (approx. USD 8,715) for Orbis, a charity dedicated to helping the blind in developing countries.

The rep added, "It's so nice to see fan club culture at its best. Park promises to work hard to deserve the fans' love."

This is not the first time they have donated in "The Princess' Man" actor's name. Before they were made official, the Chinese fans donated to local schools in China in 2009.

It seems that Park Si-hoo's fame has been skyrocketing after his performance in "The Princess' Man". In April, Park went on a Japan fan meet tour to Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo. Due to his popularity, a fan meet in Tokyo had to be cancelled for his own safety when 8,000 fans showed up for a 150 seat show.
