Penny Dai hopes to marry this year
4 Jul – Malaysian singer-songwriter Penny Dai recently revealed her intentions to tie the knot by this year.
According to Phoenix News, the singer, who has been dating boyfriend Sidney Lu for five years and currently living together, revealed after much deliberation that Sidney has already proposed to her in front of her family, though refused to elaborate on the event.
Praising her boyfriend for his devotion, Penny disclosed, "A week before the Golden Melody Awards, he was very nervous for me. He didn't say it, but I realised that he secretly did some thoughtful little things, like feeding the dog and replacing the toilet paper."
In regards to her family planning, Penny said that they will only focus on their marriage after making it official, and will let nature takes its course.
"I am not in any hurry," said the 36 year-old.
