Raymond Wong said child actress did not faint

16 Apr – TVB actor Raymond Wong recently dismissed rumours saying that "Swipe Tap Love" child actress, Celine Yeung almost fainted while filming a scene with him, Oriental Daily reported.

The rumour, which has been reported by the Hong Kong tabloids, stated that the five-year-old Celine almost passed out from the heat while filming a shower scene with the actor, who plays her father in the series.

Since Celine was absent at the promotional event for the new series held at the Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Pier, Raymond addressed the rumours on her behalf and said that it wasn't true at all.

"The scene that was mentioned, was about me helping her take a bath. As the studio was really cold at the time, we decided to heat the water up so that Celine won't catch a cold. I even tested the water temperature before filming and it was fine. But her skin got a little red because she was in the water for twenty minutes," Raymond explained.

Elaine Yiu, who also attended the promotional event, said that they would never harm little Celine and treated her like their own kid.

Meanwhile, in regards to the low viewership ratings of 24 points for the series debut, Raymond said, "I hope it will increase this week. Since it's a love story of young couples, the younger viewers may be able to relate more."
