Sanjay Dutt replaces Sunny Deol in Rajkumar Santoshi's next

It seems the film industry and fans will have to wait a little more to see the director-actor duo Rajkumar Santoshi and Sunny Deol coming together. As filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi's upcoming film FATEH SINGH, which was being planned with Sunny Deol, as per the latest trade reports, will now star Sanjay Dutt.
Besides, Sanjay Dutt, who will play the lead in the period film, the most ambitious venture of Rajkumar will also feature Vivek Oberoi. And the film will go on floors in 2013.
Though the exact reason of Sunny's ouster from the project is not known, it is being said that the Rajkumar Santoshi and Sunny Deol, who had patched up recently, have fallen out once again.
For the uninitiated, Rajkumar Santoshi made his directorial debut with GHAYAL starring Sunny Deol and also made two other films like GHATAK and DAMINI with him. The duo had a fallout when Santoshi and the Deols both made a film on Bhagat Singh and released it same day. However, both the films fared poorly at the Box-office.
However, the duo had patched up and even declared of doing a film together. In fact Santoshi was supposed to work on GHAYAL RETURNS, the sequel of GHAYAL, with him but even that film got shelved.
