Stephen Chow has begun filming "Mermaid"

22 Oct – Stephen Chow has secretly begun filming his upcoming film, "Mermaid".

As reported on Mingpao News, the comedy director was recently photographed in Shenzhen with executive director, Wilson Chin, and his favourite co-star, Lam Tsz Chung, while discussing the film.

Deng Chao, who was rumoured to play the main lead, was also spotted at the scene, though the two recently auditioned stars, Linah Matsuoka and Kabby Hui were nowhere to be seen.

It was also rumoured that Kitty Zhang will be playing a villain in the movie.

Meanwhile, Stephen has yet to respond to allegations made by Tiffany Chen in regard to the controversial article that accused her husband, Charles Heung, of being associated with the Hong Kong mob.
