Teep Top on Immortal Song 2
While most of the Teen Top members were born after industry vet Park Jin Young made his debut, that hasn′t stopped the idol group from impressing the ′Asian Soul′!
On the upcoming May 12 broadcast of the Park Jin Young special on KBS’ Immortal Song 2, a total of 12 artists will perform Park Jin Young’s songs in a variety of performances.
Among the competing artists will be Teen Top’s Niel, C.A.P, and Changjo. Despite member Niel being born when Park Jin Young made his solo debut in 1994, the three will perform Park Jin Young’s hit song, Honey, in a charismatic performance, stepping away from their idol star image.
Immortal Song 2’s MC, Moon Hee Jun even commented, “Usually when idol stars appear on our show, they’re anxious but [Teen Top] wasn’t nervous at all.”
Park Jin Young was also quick to add praise for the Teen Top members saying, “It was precise and it was a power-filled stage. I was surprised with Teen Top’s talents.”
The Park Jin Young specials will air on May 12 and May 19 in two parts.
