Watanabe Kumiko marries Tsujitani Koji
26 Jul – Japanese voice actress Watanabe Kumiko has announced her marriage to fellow voice actor Tujitani Koji on her official blog.
According to Tokyo Hive, Watanabe returned to her blog on 20 July after being absent from it for more than 10 days, and explained her absence with the good news.
"I'm sorry I haven't updated in awhile! As a matter of fact... during that time... I got married!!!! My partner is voice actor Tsujitani Koji," she wrote.
Watanabe said she was grateful and happy for the congratulatory messages that she received on her wedding and added:
"Somehow, I feel this sense of security, like a veil has gently enveloped my life.... From now on, we'd like to slowly spin that gentle veil of happiness together," added the 32-year-old voice actress.
Watanabe is known for her voice acting as the main character in the Japanese anime "Keroro Gunsou" and her role in "Atashinchi". Tsujitani is best known as the voice actor of Tylor in "Musekinin Kanchou Tylor". They both had characters for the anime "Inuyasha".
