Won Bin and Kim Tae-hee comeback

28 Jul - Not long after Jang Dong-gun's comeback to the small screen through "Gentleman's Dignity", rumour has it that actors Won Bin and Kim Tae-hee may possibly be making a TV comeback together, Allkpop website reported.

A representative from Won Bin's agency, Eden9 revealed, "Yes, it's true that Won Bin has received a proposal from Noh Hee-kyung, the drama's screenwriter. Although we're optimistic about the project, we are still cautious as everything is still in its pre-production stage."

By chance that Won Bin accepted the role, this will mark his return to the small screen after a 12-year hiatus. His last drama was "Autumn in My Heart" in 2000, to which the actor was opened to more film roles afterwards. Despite receiving endless television and movie offers, Won Bin has been rejecting scripts left and right due to roles deemed unsuitable.

Meanwhile, the project – to be helmed by "Padam Padam" director Kim Tae-gyu, was also rumoured to have made an offer to actress Kim Tae-hee to play the female lead.

To this, a representative from the drama's production revealed, "It is true that Kim Tae-hee is one of the actresses that we are thinking of casting, but nothing has been decided yet."

This was further confirmed by Kim's agency. They stated, "Although it is true that Kim Tae-hee and producer Kim Tae-gyu are close, we have not received any official offer."
