Wong Jing refutes Chapman To

20 Oct – Wong Jing recently expressed his thoughts about Chapman To's Facebook post that talks about his recent decision to remove the actor, as well as celebrities Anthony Wong and Denise Ho, from his social network account.

As reported on On CC News, on 17 October, the director turned to his micro blog and stated, "What I wrote yesterday was a personal view, and I have already expected the response from those three (Anthony, Chapman, and Denise). If you said you're acting on a moral high ground, should I be crying and saying I'm sorry?"

The director admitted that while he has no qualms about the response given by Anthony and Denise - the former who said he was childish, while the latter said the issue was too trivial to respond to, he was, however, offended by Chapman's post.

"Someone said that I spoke up [in support of the police] because I wanted to earn more money. This has offended me very much as I have worked hard in the last couple of years and am very confident that I have sufficient to live the rest of my life," said Wong.

Wong ended the post by saying that he will continue to fight for what he believes in, and expressed his support for the police.
